Algorithm Engineer

**Job Description**:
1. Responsible for the research of algorithms applied to acoustics, hearing AIDS and wearable devices, such as front-end processing and sound effect, speech enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis and other acoustic and audiological algorithms, as well as physiological signal processing and analysis, action classification and recognition and other algorithms;
2. Responsible for the implementation of the hardware platform to improve the function, performance and reliability of the algorithm;
Job requirements:
1. Acoustics, Audiology, Electronic Engineering, Electronic information, microelectronics, electronic information Engineering, Electrical Engineering and its automation, Electronic Science and Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Signal and information Processing, Medical information Engineering and other majors;
2. Focus, like to explore the nature of things, the pursuit of excellence in technology;
3. Clear logic, good at guessing, can quickly track the world's latest scientific research results, and stimulate innovation;
4. People who love scientific research, are committed to marketization of scientific research results, marketing them all over the world, and gain confidence, fun and benefits from them;
5. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competition and acoustic project is preferred.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
