Strong in automotive troubleshooting and diagnostics for vehicle issues, faults and errors (especially Porsche and Mercedes Benz)
- Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
- Carry out proper and professional servicing and repair works on customer’s vehicle (some knowledge on EV and experienced in hybrid)
- Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance. This includes engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
- Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
- Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
- Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; diagnosing issues; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Work together with the storekeeper to ensure correct parts are used for the job required and the parts are stocked out.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
- Ability to organise jobs and multi task
