Property Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Optimize the operations of the asset's equipment and systems.
- Identify, initiate, and execute special projects to improve and enhance operations.
- Attend to tenancy matters, including handling tenants' requests, feedback, and conducting inspections for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises.
- Negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts.
- Plan and budget for the development's operations, ensuring that building works are carried out accordingly.
- Lead and supervise the Operations team, including Senior/Building Executives and Senior/Technicians.
- Liaise with government bodies, consultants, architects, and contractors on building matters.
- Develop staff potential and review training needs for the M&E and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, focusing on safety, security, and staff welfare.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports, budgets, and ad hoc reports.
**Key Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
- Experience in property/real estate management is preferred.
- Certification as an Environmental Control Officer for Specified Premises is a plus.
