**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of QC inspectors to ensure quality standards are met consistently across all product lines.
- Implement and enforce Quality Control policies and procedures throughout the production process.
- Conduct and oversee QC sampling, inspection routines, and operating measuring instruments to monitor product quality.
- Guide the team in sample preparation and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and product specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of QC findings and generate reports for management review.
