**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design & Oversight**:

- **Environment Setup & Management**:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and performance tuning of OutSystems environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring they are optimized for stability, security, and scalability.
- **Project Delivery & Milestones**:
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure technical deliverables meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.
- **Collaboration with Solution Architect**:
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure the technical design is consistent with the overall solution architecture, supporting key architectural decisions.
- **Platform Upgrades**:
Lead the planning and execution of at least one full platform version upgrade for OutSystems, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations and a seamless transition for users.
- **Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing**:
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
Engage with Government stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications. Ensure technical solutions align with project expectations and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven track record of leading OutSystems projects, ideally in the Public Sector or Government domain.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations and configuration in both on-premises and cloud environments.

**Certifications & Education**:

- **OutSystems certification**is highly preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Prior experience working on **Government projects**or within the **Public Sector**is preferred, with a focus on compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with **security and compliance**standards in Government projects is a plus.
