**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support performance reporting, planning, and data management functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collate KPI metrics data from stakeholders for performance tracking.
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Participate in data-related and operational projects.
- Maintain documentation and shared resources (e.g., SharePoint).
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc MIS reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in performance reporting, planning, or data analysis (internship experience accepted).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of dashboards or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
