Make your work-life more flexible with this arrangement.This role is open for individuals who have experience and/or education in hospitality, and/or digital marketing and/or online distribution. Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, effective communication skill in both written and spoken and operational experience (Reservation) will be advantageous.
- Ensure the profit, growth and performing standards of Oakwood Studios Singapore revenue through strategic balances of rate & occupancy manipulation tailored to fluctuating demand periods which meets the forecasted revenue, business goals and objectives.
- Promote and present to the general public the concept of Studios Branding through Online channels, while coming up with vibrant and quirky concept to sell the apartments.
- Effectively use the distribution channel to meet the organization’s goal, as well as granting an open path towards individual channels for assistance whenever needed.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm, plan and execute creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
