**Roles & Responsibilities**

Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1) Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving your individual sales quota
2) Manage customer inquiries into signed accounts
3) Build and manage own sales pipeline through prospecting efforts
4) Work closely with marketing to drive nurturing campaigns for trialist
5) Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by phone/ web-demo
6) Prospect into target SMB accounts, developing contacts and driving pipeline opportunities
7) Deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with prospects
8) Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools, preferably experience with Hubspot

**Experience & Qualification**:
1) Education, Degree preferred

2) 1 - 3 years’ relevant experiences in a B2B capacity, preferably within SaaS
3) Effective problem-solving and negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent interpersonal and

communication skills.
4) Engaging Customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
5) Proven sales record in prospecting and cold-calling to acquire new customers.
6) Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
7) Excellent team player and customer oriented.
8) Highly independent and able to take pressure in a fast paced working environment.
8) Highly motivated and results oriented with a can-do entrepreneurial spirit.

10) High energy and determination to achieve/exceed monthly targets.
11) Fluency in English is crucial, additional knowledge of Mandarin and/or Bahasa would be beneficial
