JR38625 System Integration Lead

As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue-free release to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for enabling the development of high value system solutions concurrent with the latest NAND technology and feature developments. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage technical inputs and drive silicon-system alignment on requirements and commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve vertical integration of NAND and system performance and capability in alignment to project milestone and deliverables.
- Drive issue resolution and mitigation with both NAND and System partners.
- Communicate project-level priorities within NAND Development team to maintain focus on achieving system specifications.
- Manage communication with system teams regarding any NAND ES / QR capability issues. Assist with risk assessment for any identified issues.
- Lead resolution and communication on issues with NAND System Integration.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment and adapt to daily changes
- Ability to work with a variety of cultures and with cross-functional teams
- Keen interest in NAND-system interaction and prior relevant experience will be an added advantage.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Material Engineering or related disciplines
