**Be Part of Our Success**
- Lead and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Establish and maintain security policies, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to security vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance issues.
- Lead the troubleshooting of production issues, including root cause analysis and coordination of remediation efforts across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology.

**Qualities We Value**
- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps roles.
- 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g.,GitLab).
- Experience with security tools and platforms (e.g., SonarQube, Aqua, Prisma Cloud).
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Solid understanding of container security and orchestration platforms (Docker, OCP, Kubernetes).
- Relevant professional certifications is preferred (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, RHCOSA, CKA etc.)
