**Responsibilities**: - Responsible for Satellite Communication system integration bids and sales in APAC region and drive sales to meet target - Expand on current client base to meet and exceed sales targets - Pioneer and develop new markets / accounts - Work closely with the department manager and the technical team - Drive, strategize, develop, and implement new sales and marketing strategies for satellite systems and associated services - Prepare and execute customer presentations and/or demos the products, solutions, and services - Provide, update, and manage pre-sales, sales and marketing process - Provide proposals to tenders RFx and quotes - Self-starter in creating innovative and attractive ideas to secure and meet clients’ needs - Develop and manage good working relationships with major key accounts and strategic partners - Work with the management team to develop new businesses **Requirements**: - Tertiary qualifications, preferably Degree in Engineering in telecommunications - At least 5 years’ field sales and marketing experience in the RF, VSAT, BUC industry - Strong network with regional Satellite service providers, system integrators, Defence integrators and VSAT manufacturers - Good track record of min. 5 years success in satcom system/network sales - A business builder, resourceful, result oriented with strong managerial and leadership qualities - Able to strategize with senior management to set the direction for the business and in making critical strategic decisions - Mature with initiative and able to work under pressure in a team environment. - Possess a strong drive, commitment and "can do" attitude - Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced high growth environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills; well developed presentation skills; excellent customer relations skills; knowledge of target market industries; ability to travel extensively (EA Reg No: 20C0312)
