Production & Operation Manager (Food Manufacturing)

**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with cross functional teams. Recommend and lead projects to execute tactical projects and/or improvement initiatives within scope of project deliverables.
- Ensure internal and statutory compliance (e.g., SOX, internal controls, statutory audit, quarterly reporting such as Controller checklist and 10-K report, and corporate secretarial matters).
- Planning and analysis work, involving analyzing ROI (Return on Investment) of expenditures for major Capital projects as well as reviewing balance sheet and legal tax budget and forecasts.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing activities.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable & cost-effective approach.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Designing Standard Operating Products (SOP) for Existing Product Process.
- Analyzing Floor Chart for Current and Upcoming Menu in detail with practice of Production.
- Application / Renewal Standard of Procedure of Factory (SOP) example: ISO, SFA and others licensing. Job Completion with Softcopy and Hardcopy.
- R&D New Product provided accept approval by Director.
- Training for Production and R&D knowledge -provided Demo Video with Digital Form, submitted with attendance form.
- Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.
- Oversee the hiring and training food production personnel.
- Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety.
- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
- Allocate work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history.
- Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.
- Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
- Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities.
- Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products.
- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions.
- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered.
- Coordinate and work closely with warehouse and drivers for shipment of products to customers.
- Maintain good relations with vendor and distributors.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or project as needed.
- Directing, reviewing and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity and efficiency to reduce cost.
- In addition, you shall be responsible for discharging the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

**Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, or manufacturing engineering, or in a similar discipline
- At least 5 years of experience as a Food Production Manager
- Skilled in directing and coordinating the activities of food production personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Able to achieve production targets within set timeframe
- Taking key production decisions to ensure manufacture of high quality products
- Background in Managing a Food Production Line/Factory
- Cooking Skills Preferred
