**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the Group, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Analyse monthly Group financial results (P&L and Balance Sheet) against budget and prior year, and report on key business performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance trends across the Group and at asset level, focusing on revenue, EBIT, and cashflow KPIs.
- Drive the preparation of quarterly cashflow projections, rolling forecasts, budgets, and related analysis for senior management and Board reporting, including key assumptions and trend insights.
- Review monthly forecast submissions from business units, assessing accuracy, risks, and variances.
- Coordinate and consolidate corporate reporting deliverables from business units for management reports.
- Collaborate with business unit finance teams to provide in-depth performance analysis and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance measurement parameters (KPIs) for the CEO and Heads of Departments.
- Assist in the preparation of the Group’s annual report and related financial disclosures.
- Lead and participate in finance-related projects focused on process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
- Provide support on ad hoc financial reporting tasks and special projects as required.Support the Group CFO on strategic initiatives and administrative responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
- 8+ years of FP&A or financial reporting experience
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)
