We are an interior contracting firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast expansion team as:
**QUANTITY SURVEYOR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Preparation of Bills of Quantity
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Monitoring and keeping track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stages in order to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Carry out contract administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution / University
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Be able to take instructions and work independently
- Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Able to work well in a team

Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.(Only shortlisted applicants will be notified)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
