Interior renovation projects, and be responsible for quality control and project management.
In brief
- Works with our designers to ensure the highest level of project execution.
- Checks and coordinates construction documents, details, and specifications.
- Liaises with Landlords/Mall Management and Main-con for document submission.
- Reviews shop drawings and materials sample submittals for conformance with design.
- Controls project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinates activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Monitors the coordination between Main-con and nominated vendors/suppliers, giving necessary
assistance if required.
- Conducts and documents field observations to monitor construction progress and performs
construction administration duties.
- Takes initiative to handle any issues that arise. Reports and escalates issues to management as
required.
- May be managing multiple projects across different locations at a given time.
- Continuous improvement of new standards of process and quality.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assists in maintenance issues when necessary.
- Reports to Project Deputy Director and assists in any other ad-hoc tasks.
- May need traveling to Southeast Asian countries.
What we expect
- You have relevant experience in interior fit-out projects of a minimum of 2 years, experience in the F&B
industry preferred.
- You have experience in Client, Contractor, Supplier, and Consultant management.
- You have vital project scheduling knowledge.
- You can read detailed fit-out drawings/floor plans and have good knowledge of M&E works.
- You are detail-oriented and able to provide quality control reviews of documentation and must
have Excel knowledge as well as basic sketching ability. CAD knowledge is not necessary but a
plus point.
- Knowledge of Interior production standards, detailing, building materials, building codes and
Interior construction means and methods will be a plus point.
- You have oral and written language skills.
- You have the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and tight timelines.
- You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility.
- You can commence work immediately will be preferred.
