**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for scheduling of DTP Job processing and its priority
- Co-ordinate job requirements between Sales, Customer Service, Print on Demand Production, Press and Bindery team for job specification
- Responsible for timely quality output and accuracy of job specification prior release to production
- Assist supervisor to ensure daily output results are meeting target set
- Training of new staff for DTP file preparation jobs
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment is effectively carried out per set standard/ program
- To report on any non-conformance found during the process for improvement action
- To be able to perform all the tasks of the Digital Publishing Artist
- To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior

**Requirements**:
Hands on knowledge with Desk Top Publishing softwares such as Adobe CS (Creative Suite), Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat pro Knowledge in Imposition Software (Signa Station & Quite Impose) and Prinect Workflow will be an added advantage Familiar with Postscript and PDF files Able to do color correction and create simple design Able to work in PC and Mac Environment 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related position exposure
