Singapore ID21 PTE. LTD. Full time

In charge of the Company’s P&L, ensuring goals set up by the management are achieved
- Set up workflow and processes, ensuring accountability and transparency
- In charge of the Company’s personnel, including but not limited to Supervisor, Carpenters, General Workers etc
- Be the liaison between the Company and its Clients (both ID21 Pte. Ltd. and its related companies and external Parties)
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and with reasonable quality to the expectation of the Clients
- Ensure all quotations, invoices and receipts are submitted in a timely manner
- In charge of sub-vendors and suppliers relationships
- Ensure all licenses of machineries are validated before the expiry
- Ensuring the workshop operates in a safe environment, with regular HSE briefing conducted. Establish a strong safety culture within the Company
- Maintaining a minimum tier of bizSafe Level 3
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirement**
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience
- Familiarity with commercial carpentry pricing an added advantage
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in woodworking
