- Assist guests with booking, modifying, and cancelling of reservations.
- Manage group bookings, including end-to-end reservations processes.
- Work with external systems like booking engines and rate comparison tools etc.
- Support Front Office operations and collaborate with other departments within the International House Division to deliver high-quality service to all guests.
- Handle and address customer complaints effectively
- Stay up to date with room availability, rates, and events/activities to provide accurate information to guests in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency situations according to hostel safety guidelines.
- Understand guests' needs and provide suitable recommendations accordingly.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**_Job Requirements _**
- Preferably with ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Other general customer service-related experience will be advantageous.
- Patient, composed and polite in handling complaints and emergencies
- Customer-centric attitude and able to work well under pressure
- Skilled in multi-tasking and comfortable with technology
- Adaptable to changing environments and rotating shifts
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Service-oriented mindset and innovative thinking
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
