QA/qc Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our team As a key member of our quality control department, you will ensure that all tests are performed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of product conformity and laboratory safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct tests as per the documented test plan and ensure accurate results.
- Maintain legible, complete, and accurate records, ensuring fast retrieval and prompt filing.
- Update records, control charts, and report any abnormal trends or patterns to superiors.
- Troubleshoot and maintain test and measuring equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Ensure product conformity and meet all quality requirements in your designated area.
- Follow up on quality-related issues and ensure resolutions are implemented.
- Promote safe work habits, good housekeeping, and discipline within the laboratory environment.
- Monitor and manage chemical inventory within the QC laboratory.
Liaise with external vendors for troubleshooting, calibration, and other support services.
- Compile detailed QC reports for internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Preference for ITE or Polytechnic qualifications or O level
- 0 to 2 years of experience in QC/QA
