Our core business includes: - IT development services providing customers with IT consulting, software research and development, software and hardware testing, system integration and operation and maintenance, data analysis and other services; - New retail solutions and products through intelligent products, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) realize the digital transformation of their daily operations; - Internet of Things (IoT) platform and solutions comprehensive use of IoT, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other technologies to provide IoT solutions for intelligent upgrades in cities, parks, buildings and industries, to create a smart future. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support day-to-day production operations for Retail Banking & Cards systems, including Core Banking, ATM Cards, 3DS Authentication, FAST, and electronic banking platforms running on AS400. - Respond to and resolve production incidents, coordinating with internal teams and business stakeholders on a 24-hour rotational roster. - Develop and maintain programs using RPG, COBOL, and CL (Control Language) on the AS400 platform. - Support and enhance automation efforts, including scripting tasks related to system monitoring, job scheduling, and DR procedures. - Collaborate with the Technical Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver small-scale enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements. - Analyze recurring production issues, identify root causes, and propose automation or scripting solutions to reduce manual efforts. - Document technical solutions and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing and operational consistency. - Participate in Problem and Change Management processes, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal business impact. - Assist in continuous improvement efforts by analyzing trends in incident volumes and recommending improvements in operational efficiency. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AS400, RPG, COBOL, and CL scripting. - Familiarity with scripting and automation tasks in AS400 environments; exposure to Linux or Shell scripting is a plus. - Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management); ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business users. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, production-critical environment. - Beyondsoft is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
