**Overview**:
This role involves a variety of responsibilities including the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment for events, providing support to staff and students, assisting in ICT/AV planning and procurement, and managing media post-production tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth AV operations for events and supporting the school’s ICT/AV needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**AV Operations & Event Support**
- Set up and operate AV equipment (lighting, audio, video) for events.
- Provide technical support, including stage management and live streaming.
- Assist with video recording and supervise students involved in AV tasks.

**ICT/AV Resource Management**
- Manage and maintain ICT/AV equipment, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs.
- Assist in procurement, planning, and coordination of AV solutions and vendor liaison.

**Media Post-Production**
- Edit videos and audio to create polished content, including adding titles and sound effects.

**Requirements**: At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of professional AV system.
- At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of video system.
- At least 1 year experience in multimedia content editing.
- At least 1 qualification in one of the fields; professional lightings system, professional audio system, video system or multimedia content editing.

**Specifications: 1-year Contract**
