**Duties**
- Teach in Mandarin the French Curriculum to classes.
- Share the class with the other languages counterparts, make lesson plans together.
- Closely monitor the students and their learning progression; report this information to the School Principal and to the families accurately.
- When teaching at the kindergarten levels, coordinate with the classroom teachers and ASEM (Teaching Assistant) for daily programme and matters.
- Contribute to the development of a special pedagogical project across school, in line with the School implementation plan and with the French Curriculum.
- Supervise morning breaks, lunch breaks and afternoon breaks according to the schedule.
- Attend the meetings and complete the additional service hours, according to the schedule provided by the School.
- Participate in the school’s events outside of teaching time (i.e. end of year fair, open house, gardening days ) and that may occur over the weekend.
- Liaise with children’s parents (inc. parent-teacher meetings).
- Other duties as determined in consultation with the School Principal.

- Demonstrate and model in carrying out his/her duties.
- Support and implement the policies of LPE.

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum four (4)-year recognised teaching qualification including a bachelor’s degree and teaching diploma or a Bachelor of Education
- Fluency in French and English Language preferable
- Experience with the French school system and curriculum preferable
- Be flexible and a real team player
- Be open-minded, able to think outside the box, proactive and dynamic

**Face-to-Face Classroom Teaching Hours (excluding preparation and meeting time)**
