Votre mission
As part of the strategy defined for the region, assist the regional APAC Director with his/her recurring or ad hoc operational functions. Manage the region’s direct export activity in accordance with the objectives set in terms of turnover and contribution margin, and with the guidelines outlined in the 5-year strategic plan. Lead and report on the completion of cross-functional projects for all or part of the area.
Assist the regional APAC Director with his/her operational missions, including:
- Lead the export zones in the implementation of the 5-year budget/plan, action plans, etc.
- Suggesting and implementing any structural or functional improvements that may boost efficiency regarding actions and results.
- Interfacing between and coordinating local entities and the various contacts at head office.
- Managing the direct export activity by carrying out market analysis, searching for distributors, leading partnerships and taking responsibility for the profit center
- Developping new partnership upon business potential, licencing-in or licencing-out
- Developping new territories based on development strategy of the Group
- Helping to draw up and manage the P&L statement for the area.
- Leading and supervising the team. Developing skills and managing performance, both individually and collectively
