**About this role**
This role must be presentable and professional as the first impression for staff and clients and as the face of the Singapore Office by having responsibility for the outcomes of the assigned function of the Front-of-House team.

**What will I do?**
- You will welcome and build rapport all visitors including new starters and visiting staffs, determining their needs and ensure these are met efficiently and friendly manner, in accordance with Arup’s brand and procedures, Issuance of office access cards and maintain access card register.
- Be responsible for producing routine letters, reports, and document from standard templates, enter and monitor data on spreadsheets and databases
- Point of liaison with building facilities team, logging calls with them for defects or H&S concerns at common spaces, such as lift lobby, toilets, etc and ensuring these defects are closed out.
- Assist leaders and administrators with meeting room/space set up and large scale meeting and event registration as required
- Answer all internal/external calls promptly and distribute appropriately, taking messages, screening calls and supervising waiting calls

**What will I bring?**
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience including demonstrated experience in similar roles and environment
- Experience operating a busy front of house area
- With strong client/customer service experience
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
