**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Facial Therapist** to join our team. You will perform professional facial treatments, provide skincare consultations, and ensure an excellent client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform facial and skincare treatments according to company standards
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve customer satisfaction
- Support daily spa operations and team goals

**Requirements**:

- CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent beauty qualification preferred
- Prior experience in facial or beauty therapy preferred (training provided)
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Service-oriented, responsible, and team-player attitude
- Able to work weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu provided)
