- Loretta Chan- Director Our client is an international service provider that they provide a wide range of services such as regulatory compliance advisory services to their clients. Their clients are mainly in the financial services industry including asset management such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutions etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Director, Regulatory Compliance and the position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients such as fund managers, payment service firms, family offices etc to provide them compliance solutions and services
- Provide oversight on various compliance assignments and ensure completion that meet timelines and quality standards
- Manage team members to provide guidance and support to them
- Monitor the overall work quality and ensure optimal customer service to clients
- Keep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and industry updates
- Work with senior management to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Key requirements
- At least 8 years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside asset management firms
- Strong understanding of asset management industry particularly MAS regulations and licensing requirements
- Strong understanding of Securities and Futures Act, Payment Services Act etc
- Strong technical Compliance knowledge
- Excellent client servicing and communication skills
- Experience in supervising / leading team members
- Motivated, positive, meticulous
