**Key Accountabilities**:
**Operational**:

- Develop and Review of Workflows, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for operational efficiency and excellent patient experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues faced by Clinic Frontline team
- Responsible for the execution of business continuity planning procedures (BCP) and initiatives aligned to Company’s objectives
- Conduct clinic operations audit on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
- Administrative duties such as updating of clinic notices, preparation of medical reports
- Support Department Head to enhance clinic performance and efficiency, cost management and patient satisfaction etc.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide customer support services, such as managing and resolving public enquiries, and/or complaints from patients and corporate clients
- Liaise with relevant Authorities, third party vendors etc. when required

**Resource Management**:

- Ensure manpower readiness from staffing needs of the clinics such as recruitment, new staff orientation to training and conducting performance improvement interventions.
- Provide supervisory and manage Clinic Frontline team including related matters such as uniforms, claims, leave taking etc.
- Oversee rostering of Clinic Frontline team to ensure well distributed work functions and optimalisation of resources.
- Plan and organise trainings to achieve the overall service quality objectives of the Company

**Education**:

- Degree holder in any discipline

**Skills, Knowledge and Relevant Experience**:

- Related experience working in a similar clinic setup is highly advantageous
- Proven leadership and people management ability to lead a network of clinics
- Fluent in both English and Chinese due to the need in corresponding with Chinese speaking associates
- Service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work effectively in a team
- Independent, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion
- Proficient in MS Office
