**Senior Data Scientist**
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our global Digital Transformation & Analytics team. You will play a crucial role in our data-driven projects, working on cutting-edge innovations that leverage advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI technologies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be using cloud-based platforms to deliver high-value use cases across the company and work on strategic initiatives with direct support from our executive leadership.

**The Position**:

- Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights and propose and evaluate relevant data-driven solutions.
- Develop, implement and manage efficient and scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems and deliver high-quality products.
- Design and conduct methodologically robust methods to test hypotheses and validate model selection and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and technical leads to understand their data science needs, provide tailored proposals and present regular status reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, upcoming technologies and recommended best practices.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years hand-on data science experience.
- Excellent understanding of AI/ML/DL and Statistics and associated frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
- High proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as SQL skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Work effectively independently as well as integrate successfully into data science and cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the field of Consumer Insights or Sensory Science.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps (Git, Docker, Bash) and MLOps (e.g., MLflow, Metaflow).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
