**Your day at NTT DATA**

The Project Administrator provides supervised general administrative assistance to project management teams regarding project support activities.

This role ultimately plays a crucial role in the smooth execution of projects.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides project administrative support to project teams, including but not limited to handling project meetings such minute-taking, arranging meeting rooms.
- Keeps track of budget and project expenditures.
- Creates and maintains all project portals and folders.
- Compiles and updates the active project list on a weekly basis for the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinates project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Provides documentation to relevant stakeholders as required.
- Prepares resource utilization reports on a weekly basis and assists with the allocation of project resources if required.
- Assists with project planning and maintaining the project calendar.
- Assists with queries and cost monitoring by reconciling invoices with payments and ensuring required purchase orders are processed.
- Ensures that closure checklists are maintained for projects that are requested to be closed and archived.
- Performs any other related project administration activity as required.

- Ability to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Ability to address any challenges that arise during project execution.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant project management qualification or certification preferred.

**Required Experience**:

- Some demonstrated project management experience preferably gained within a similar working environment.
