Value Added Services Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- VAS Business Development
- Provide training to SEA Agencies and Sales team to enhance their Knowledge on the VAS existing of the group and New VAS
- Prepare Market identification to qualify opportunities
- Follow up agencies’ performances through fortnightly calls and report the opportunities
- Work closely with Local Agency / regional line management / Key Account Managers (KAM) / to share latest VAS information
- Use Internal communication tool to promote VAS sales among the community.
- Performance Analysis
- Generate dashboard and report per product / Brand / country to monitor sales performances and ensuring budget is met.
- Provide clear vision to the agencies on which trades / lines / industries to focus on in order to boost VAS sales based Viswa and V-TIC
- Work on performances analysis required by HO
- Analyze the performances by country and put dedicated action in place to reach the target
- Business Support and Market Research
- Support the Sales Team in Customers meeting related to VAS
- Search market opportunities such as trade fair / events to participate and promote VAS
- Monitor the market for a better visibility on the External development of the Value-Added Services
- Support and manage new VAS initiatives/projects with different department of the group
- Developing & delivering the innovation, roadmap, and daily marketing & product operational excellence of VAS Business.
- Strong Ability to trace and diagnose VAS platform and service faults
- Excellent knowledge in Value Added Services hardware and software features.
- Capacity and dimensioning of the VAS platform as well as new products and services to support the marketing product.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies for new products and services and produce feasibility report.
- Participate in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders involved in the development and deployment of new Value Added Services in order to define best solutions for new products and services.
- Establish and manage multiple cross-functional relationships, coordinate and open communication channels with other departments.
- Ensure that there is an appropriate record keeps system for tracking problems and resolution of customer; and use it to summarize analyze and report on the results of these activities including any recommendations for changes to the sales infrastructure and/or customer training.
- Report to the team leader on weekly/Monthly basis.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or above
- 2 years experience in shipping industry, preferable in trade, sales or finance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability in multi-cultural environment
- Leadership and management skillset
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skill
- Strong Planning & Project Management skill
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skill
- Detail Orientated.
- Able to work independently with innovation thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
