Banking Operations

In order to strengthen the BPO team - in charge of the daily reconciliations of our customers, we are looking for a rigorous and dynamic person with mixed knowledge, both of the wealth management business and back office, and very comfortable with Microsoft office and technical tools.

As a Banking operations reconciliation specialist, you’ll be joining our team in Singapore to work on our **WIZE by TW **offering. Working closely with a cross-functional team of business experts, developers and clients you will be in charge to work on the daily reconciliation process of banking operations between banks systems and **WIZE by TW **. Our Banking Process Outsourcing (BPO) department spread between Singapore and Geneva aims to ensure that all transactions, cash and securities, are accounted for in **Wize by TeamWork **. Understanding the file flows that allow transactions to be processed on behalf of our clients requires significant analytical capacity due to the diversity of formats and banking operations.

You will have to investigate into technical files transmitted by banks and brokers in order to extract relevant data for the correct interpretation of operations.

You will evolve within a local and human-sized team. Thanks to the support of your colleagues, you will understand the system and increase your skills.

This position allows you to be in direct contact with customers to carry out daily tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform reconciliation of the system against the custodies positions
- Review and research daily breaks
- Liaise with clients to resolve discrepancies and queries relating to reconciliation
- Analysis and understanding of technical needs
- Specification of improvements for the development team
- Work closely with colleagues and team leads to make sure deliverables are met

**Required experience/education**:

- Bachelor or Master degree (IT or financial studies)
- 5+ Experience in wealth management/banking and back office

**Optional skills**:

- Knowledge of general accounting
- Knowledge of SWIFT, FIX formats
- Basic knowledge of languages and tools such as Java, HTML, SQL
- French spoken and written is a plus
