Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

You will be responsible for the management of artwork donation, engagement with communities for collaborations, and the creation/ placement of artworks in collaboration with LTA’s Art in Transit Programme.

You should be an organised individual who is able to work independently, is creative and resourceful in implementing donations or collaborations, including legal and contractual arrangements.

Other tasks to be performed include:
Engagement, Liaison and Coordination
- Liaison with internal/ external stakeholders to ensure an efficient workflow
- Preparation of contracts
- Arrangement of meetings
- Collation of write-up for commemorative plaque

Project Management
- Managing collaborators, timelines and resources
- Site inspections to ensure proposed artworks are appropriate for locations

Administrative
- Preparation of management papers for approval of collaboration/ donation, etc.
- Minute writing
- Filing and upkeeping of all documents and archiving of paperwork

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Arts Management, Arts, Education, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills, a good sense of aesthetics, and be able to prepare presentation slides and management paper with minimum guidance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office software is highly desirable
- The ability to read architectural drawings would be an advantageous.
