We are seeking a poised and professional **Part-Time F&B Server**to join our team at Ensei, where Japanese craftsmanship meets modern hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in fine dining who take pride in delivering exceptional service with grace and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service in a refined dining setting
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and warmth
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service
- Uphold hygiene and presentation standards at all timesAssist with setup, breakdown, and daily operational tasks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional grooming and a calm, confident demeanorTeam-oriented with a proactive attitude
