Manager, Private Estate Operations

This family is seeking an experienced individual to take on the role of a Manager, Private Estate Operations & Chauffeur. This role will report to the Patriach of the Family and will act the overall manager of daily operations within the household as well as a concierge for the family. Activities will stretch across different domains including but not limited to: travel planning and arrangement, management of domestic workers and delegation of duties, planning and recruitment of manpower required in the household, chuaffeuring and chaperone duties etc. **Responsibilities**: - Managing daily household matters, driving the tasks required to support the activities and needs of family members. - Recruit and manage a housekeeping team, including the existing 3 domenstic helper and additional manpower that might be required in the future. - Ensure the smooth running of household chores, delegation of duties etc. - Manage family affairs to ensure that the individual needs of family members are met, including planning family travel, purchasing, accompanying medical appointments, etc. - Drive the family vehicle and be responsible for chauffeuring family members safely and efficiently. **Requirements**: - Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese due to the need to communicate with Chinese native members of the household who can only communicate in this language. - Strong leadership skills, able to effectively manage a team (
