**About the job**
Focus on delivering timely and accurate reporting and support the consolidation of P&L and Balance sheet goals, forecasts and actuals relating to all entities in the business deriving reporting and analysis including cash flow projections.

**Your assignment**
- Reporting to the Reporting and Consolidation Manager, Singapore, with focus to support the Mexico organization with all aspects of reporting, your primary responsibilities are to support the Mexico Finance Analyst to:

- Support Mexico finance operations - Hold regular discussions to monitor monthly management reporting, detailed monitoring of control over assets & liabilities including inventory reconciliation, statutory audit progress, engage suitable SEA persons to transfer knowledge on accounting systems, processes & best practices, etc.
- Maintain accounting controls, secure local compliance and ensure that policies and procedures as defined in Ikano Retail’s Accounting Manual and Group policies (under Lux GAAP) are followed.
- Coordinate, consolidate and review monthly management results for reporting entities in Ikano Retail with Finance Managers (FM) and relevant Country Business Navigators (CBN). Provide commentary on significant variances to established budget / forecast.
- Support and develop the consolidation of annual Ikano Retail Budget including CAPEX for all business lines through collaboration with respective FM and CBN who are responsible for their respective Budgets.
- Support and develop the consolidation of Ikano Retail management bi-monthly forecasts for all business lines allowing analysis at different viewpoints through the business (Comparable/Non-Comparable, Country view, EO, Business lines & allocation of SO etc).
- Support the coordination and review of actual, forecast and budget submission in Cognos Controller for Ikano SA Group Finance. Ensure that accounting entries are in line with Ikano SA Group accounting standards and that these standards are applied consistently for all reporting.
- Drive documentation of methods and processes ensuring best practice is adopted.
- Initiating and supporting the development of new ways of working, with focus on simplicity.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and finance.

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- A degree with a focus in Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Consolidation and Reporting
- High level of IT skills incl. Excel and Financial Systems-Master Version Business Central (MVBC) as well as IBM Cognos TM1 & Controller.
- You are self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to drive and implement change, great attention for details.
- Bi-monthly travel to Mexico is required.
