**Your tasks**:

- Provide follow-the-sun support for key SAP systems (ie. SAP ERP, PI/PO, BW/BI, Portal, Solution manager, Gateway, e-Recruiting, GTS systems, etc) and SAP cloud solutions (ie. JAM, C4C / M4C, Document Center, SuccessFactors, Concur, SAC, etc) together with the Global team from Germany and US.
- Perform system administration and monitoring tasks, incident management and request fulfillment as part of daily operation.

**Your qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis and database administration in HANA databases.
- Experience in Server Operating Systems ie. Windows Server and Linux is required.
- Knowledge in ITIL process and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and also part of a regional / global team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
