Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:
An operation executive within the bar team that is cognizant of while upholding the organization’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Together with the manager(s) and other team members, the beertender will operate both the back and front of the beer bar, provide support to restaurant operation, provide quality customer-experience, and dispense and manage beer stocks appropriately while adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. They are expected to excel both alone and with the team, while staying self-driven and professional at all times.

Main Roles/Responsibilities:

- Accurate cash and credit card handling, and operation of POS system
- Ensure and deliver high quality service (particularly in but not limited to: drinks making, delivery, and other day-to-day operations)
- Ensure inventory and equipment are ready for daily operation
- Run and support existing / new bar menus
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of venue
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Manage and ensure smooth daily food and beverage operations
- Ensure that site/outlet and equipment are functional and well maintained
- Update knowledge on beer handling, beer profiles, food & beverage pairing and suitable beer menu curation
- Attend and contribute to training
- Uphold and manage customer expectations and maintain good relations
- Uphold the brand identity and represent us with your best effort

Job Requirements:

- Individual must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Proactive, responsible and a team player
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English language for communication purposes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol will be an added advantage
- 1-2 years prior experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
- Can start immediately, be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
