**Senior Product Manager | Team Lead Product - Cards APAC**

Adyen is looking for a passionate Team Lead for our Cards Product Team in Asia Pacific, to scale our Cards Payments Solution across the region while also engaging on projects and initiatives that drive value to our merchants globally. The role takes ownership end to end on our cards capabilities from establishing new connections to build, maintain and scale all stages of the payments life-cycle (eg. authorization, clearing, reconciliation, disputes and cost). The product and engineering cards APAC team are currently based in our offices in Singapore.

**In this role you will**:

- Use your understanding of the APAC Payment Landscape to scale our Cards offering in the region
- Use your product sense to identify opportunities and define (technical) product solutions for the region
- Work closely with your product team and engineers to work on foundation, scalability and new products/features
- Guide your product team and will not shy away from being hands-on
- Listen to our merchants, engineers, and partners to find and work on problems that Adyen is uniquely positioned to solve
- Oversee the full regional portfolio of Card Payment Methods and intersect with multiple technical and commercial teams
- Be responsible for executing against Adyen’s local and global strategic goals while contributing to the strategy

**Who you are**:

- Product Management - You have a minimum of 5 years in Product Management for software companies within the Payments or Financial Technology space
- You are a strong Product leader, with at least 2-3 years experience as a manager
- Experience - you ideally have 4+ years of experience in the Card Payments domain
- You have a scalability mindset and balance well new features, technical debit and foundational projects
- Market Informed - You are familiar with Cards Payment Methods in the region and have a point of view on how they are evolving
- Mindset - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to form a vision and work with the engineering teams to implement that
