**The Business**

Technology Consulting is positioned between the Insurance Consulting and the Technology functions of the ICT (Insurance Consulting and Technology) business. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the fantastic opportunity to:

**The Role**

The Technology Consulting function in ICT is responsible for providing a range of consulting services relating to Insurance Technology’s software products and enterprise platforms. These consulting services include:

- Pre-sales for software opportunities, especially for complex client solutions
- Delivery and programme management of complex technology projects
- Solution architecture
- Implementation of complex solutions including global rollouts, SaaS / Cloud implementations, Unify (Robotic Process Automation), Radar Live (Live pricing engine), IFRS17 (Financial reporting) and Underwriter Workbench (commercial underwriting)
- Software product installation
- Stakeholder engagement

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will take a leading role in our client-facing pre-sales, implementation, and integration of our software products.

In this role you will join the Technology Consulting team in APAC and be part of a global team present in every region. Your main responsibilities will include:
Enabling technology software and consulting sales including:

- Contributing to the technology aspects of sales opportunities
- Ensuring the right solution is defined for the client, and that the right technology delivery is scoped into the software sale
- Demonstrating personal credibility with clients and WTW colleagues in ICT APAC and globally
- Managing RFP/RFI responses

Developing a deep understanding of ICT technology offerings and surrounding technology eco-system to:

- Be a technical expert in our software product
- Understand how ICT software can strategically help our clients
- Propose elegant solution architectures for clients using ICT software (on-premises integration, SaaS, outsourcing ) to solve hard problems
- Establish and document architecture best practices for the global team
- Unblock complex technical situations
- Work with Technology Consulting capabilities leads to improve the team’s skillset globally
- On-site and remote installation, configuration, and support of WTW’s enterprise software; recommending appropriate bespoke solutions where required
- Training clients on installation and on-going support of advanced software products

Working with the Regional Head of Technology Consulting and leaders of Insurance Consulting in the APAC region to:

- Engage with Insurance Consulting and Insurance Technology colleagues / peers to ensure that the technology consulting proposition is integrated with the rest of the business, and ensuring that Technology Consulting is seen as a consulting peer to Insurance Consulting
- Build a close relationship with our Insurance Consulting practice in APAC
