READ DRAWINGS, MANUALS, SPECIFICATIONS TO DETERMINE MACHINING PARTS
- SET UP FIXTURES, TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES FOR MACHINES
- OPERATES EDM/ WIRE CUT MACHINES
- MAINTAIN EDM/ WIRE CUT MACHINES
- PREPARE AND ENSURE CAD PROGRAMMING FOR EDM/WIRE CUT OPERATIONS IS CORRECTLY PROGRAMMED
- CHECK ALL EDM/WIRE CUT ELECTRODES ARE CORRECTLY MACHINED
- POLISH ALL EDM ELECTRODES ACCORDING TO DRAWING
- PREPARE PARTS FOR EDM MACHINE/ CNC MACHINE
- ENSURE PARTS ARE MACHINED ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS
- INSPECT PARTS TO VERIFY CONFORMANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS
- REMOVE WORK PIECE, MEASURE AND CHECK PARTS DIMENSIONS
- PERFORM MAINTENANCE FOR EDM/WIRE CUT MACHINE
- MAINTAIN GOOD HOUSEKEEPING WITHIN PRODUCTION AND WORK AREA
- ASSIST IN RELATED PROJECTS OR ASSIGNMENT ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR
- ABLE TO OPERATE AGIE CHARMILLESS MACHINES
- TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITIES ON OWN WORK BEFORE PASSING ON TO FELLOW TEAM MEMBERS
- AD-HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR; ROLE WILL BE SHIFTED BASED ON WORK CAPACITY
- MUST BE ABLE TO INTERPRET AND UNDERSTAND PART DESIGN DRAWINGS INCLUDING GD&T AND FUNCTIONABILITY
- FAMILIAR WITH UNIGRAPHICS NX DESIGN SOFTWARE
- SELF-MOTIVATED AND DISCIPLINED TEAM PLAYER
- ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND POSSESS HIGH LEVEL OF SELF INITIATIVE
