**The Role and Impact**: You will be the Executive Assistant & Business Operations Support reporting to the Vice President Sales Asia Pacific within the Regional Commercial Team and supporting the team in driving the revenue growth for the S&P Global Platts business.

Additionally, you will be required to provide administration support to the Global Director, Regional Marketing and Director Regional People Lead towards travel bookings and managing the Travel & Expense claim of these executives.

**Responsibilities**:
Executive Assistant
Manage the business travel of executives in line with corporate travel policies, including prior approval, booking airline tickets, car services, hotels, itineraries; preparing documents for business travel, e.g. visas, new/amended passports.
Process Travel & Expense claims in compliance with company policy.

Business Operations Support
Manage the Office Manager and the Administrative Assistant to provide support and guidance to ensure adherence to expected service level. The role can include overseeing or undertaking training, personal coaching, performance management and appraisals.
Lead and manage event logistics, day/evening agenda and creative execution of the Monthly Sales Leadership Meeting, commercial trainings, town halls, client meetings, Annual Commercial Offsite, and supporting Platts events such as Monthly Team Talk, S&P Global Year End Party, Platts Chinese New Year lunch etc.as required.
Support in the consolidation of monthly management reports, drawing and curating content from the Sales Leadership Team as and when required.
Provide as a cover in absence of Office Manager in onboarding and off boarding of staff, Lunch & Learn training sessions, order refreshments and set up of video conference service, WebEx and coordinate with IT Team.
Ensure seamless integration of all business & mobile devices, and all business documents in confidential sharepoints for the Vice President Sales Asia Pacific to ensure maximum effectiveness while travelling and out of hours.
Proactively handling a wide variety of problems which can be different day to day.
Collaborate with EA in other business units in working for better synergy, share best practices etc.

**Requirements**:
Diploma holder with at least 5 years executive administrative experience in a fast paced and demanding professional or corporate environment. A business qualification is desirable, but not mandatory.
Must possess strong English communication skills, both written & verbal. Has experience interacting, and building strong relationships, with executives across all of the S&P Global divisions, external stakeholders (eg. board members), other Executive Assistants, and outside vendors.
Must be polished, poised and professional, acting as a front line representative of the Vice President, Sales and the business. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is essential, as the role deals with a significant amount of sensitive information.
Self-motivated and resourceful. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, think and act independently as well as part of a team. Consistently meets deadlines. Must have a sense of urgency and willing to run “that extra mile” attitude a plus.
Event or conference organization would be an asset.
