Singapore LEAD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To lead corporate marketing efforts and enforce consistency of brand communication & designs for the Group of Companies.

2. Work with management to ensure safeguarding of the company’s IP rights.

2. To copywrite and oversee the design and content management on all our communications, websites, promotional materials and press releases by ensuring that content is accurate, consistent with corporate standards, vision, mission, our core values and business principles.

3. To collaborate with head of departments to support revenue generation efforts and sales by constantly updating product presentations and promotional material.

4. To support the company’s efforts on lead generation, to coordinate SEO/SEM campaigns where applicable, and maintain the marketing/customer database, social media presence and advertising campaigns.

6. To obtain schedules and monitoring dateline for solution development progress with engineers for reporting to Management.

7. To commission regular surveys evaluating and improving the end-to-end external customers’ experience across multiple channels and touch points and internal customers’ trust in products and services.

8. To research on new products and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. On boarding of suppliers onto company’s consumer marketplace

9. To prepare working slides, record minutes accurately, and follow up action items with responsible parties from all meetings.

10. To provide marketing and network secretarial support including administrative coordination to various networks as assigned by the Management.

11. To handle GOV agency & authority relations by updating the logistics trends and acquiring market intelligence as the primary liaison officer for Matters on Trade & Industry (MTI).

12. To ensure the security and tidiness of the department and personal work desk at all times.

13. To support the company data protection strategy by ensuring compliance with the PDPA requirements.

14. To be part of the home affairs committee, in the administration and organisation of company social activities.

15. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management including adhoc project deployment.

**Requirements**:
1. Good design skills.

2. Knowledge of UI/UX would be advantageous.

3. Good language and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong co-ordinator and good in time management.
