HR Generalist

**The HR Generalist for this role will manage the daily functions of the HR Department including hiring and interviewing, administering pay, benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Conduct and facilitate talent acquisition process
- Evaluate and implement HR polices and procedures
- Conduct bi-annual performance appraisal exercise
- Review and propose annual salary increment against market practices
- Manage monthly full payroll cycle, interbilling and CPF submission, including submission of IR21 and IR8A
- Adminster government related claims
- Manage work passes including apply, renew or cancel work pass for foreign employees
- Handle all HR related surveys conducted by local authorities
- Identify and propose HR initiatives align with market changes
- Source appropriate training programmes for employees
- Maintain employees and all HR related files in the HR drive
- Review and update handbook to reflect current practices and new policies
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
**Qualification & Experience**
- Minimum diploma with 3 years of related experience in hands-on human resource role and payroll administration, including prior use of QuickHR system.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and knowledge of MOM regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, independent and detail-oriented
- Understanding of strategic HR policies and procedures
- Ability to act with professionalism and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
**Able to start immediately is preferred**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
