2.Experience in monitoring quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs. Experience to resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues, support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities.

3.Gain experience in stock/inventory management, Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies, Experience in ensuring IT systems in place are effective, maintained and accurate.

4.Gain experience in people management skills like coaching and developing a high performing team. Setting up departmental objectives/KPIs and report achievements of targets.

5.Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected individuals within the logistics processes. Experience to ensure products are shipped appropriately to ensure superb quality of goods during transportation.

6.Compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations and legal and health and safety requirements.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,000, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,000, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,500

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
