**[What the role is]**
The incumbent will assist the Assistant Director (AD) in advancing HPB’s citizen-centric outreach approach under the HPB’s 5-Year Strategy Plan. This role contributes to the implementation of Healthier SG efforts by facilitating the promotion of healthy lifestyle behaviours across community and workplace settings in Singapore
**[What you will be working on]**
Working closely with the AD, the incumbent plays a key role in supporting the design and operational delivery of citizen-centric health promotion initiatives. The incumbent will assist in engaging stakeholders across various levels including grassroots leaders, community partners, and corporate networks to ensure smooth execution of regional strategies that foster sustained health outcomes.
The incumbent will also support the department in coordinating on-ground activations, co-developing programmes with partners, and identifying local opportunities for engagement. This includes deepening partnerships with existing networks, enhancing programme relevance for diverse population segments, and ensuring alignment with HPB’s broader preventive health goals.

Job responsibilities:
- Support Development and Execution of Regional On-Ground Strategy
- Localising and operationalising outreach strategies to meet the unique needs of residents and workers within the region.
- Drive efforts to integrate community and workplace outreach activities to maximise impact and resource efficiency.
- Leverage data to support company engagement and expand outreach to working adults.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Management
- Build and maintain working relationships with local stakeholders including grassroots organisations, community partners, and companies.
- Drive partner participation in programme delivery, and encourage companies to adopt Health Promoting Company practices.
- Coordinate implementation of HPB programmes and public education initiatives with grassroots leaders and partners.
- Programme Operations and Innovation
- Support adoption strategies for Healthy 365 and other key HPB programmes within the region.
- Ensure operational readiness and quality assurance for programme implementation, including systems and risk mitigation.
- Team Support and Administrative Oversight
- Assist in administrative tasks including procurement and contract requirements, invoice processing, budget tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Data-Driven Implementation
- Support the use of data to guide outreach activities and identify underserved segments.
- Provide data inputs to adapt national programmes to local contexts.
- Track regional programme impact and support data interpretation among partners.
- Encourage partners to use data for planning and improvement.

Job requirements:
- A degree in business administration, health-related or social sciences discipline.
- Pro-active, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Good analytical, data management, inter-personal, persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well in teams.
- Adept at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment with short timelines.
