**Job Title**

Indoor Sale Coordinator

**Job Description & Requirements**

Provide sales admin support for new and existing customers by giving advice on suitable products or alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs; coordination and process sales orders to ensure customers satisfaction. Provide administrative supports to business development team for any new potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customers’ enquiries and sales order
- Identify suitable products or provide alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Prepare sales quotations and arrange delivery
- Customer relationships management (CRM)
- Assist in analysis of customer profiles to enhance performance of sales channels Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
- Collect background data and descriptions of customer profiles from various sources
- Source, check and negotiate price with suppliers for products purchases
- Assist Purchasing department to process purchasing order
- Assist Business Development team in coordinate leads on potential new customers
- Any other job duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Able to work working independently and in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player who possess initiative and able to multitask
- Meticulous and have good time management
- Possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1
- Minimum Qualification Level : O levels

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month
