**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well known MNC in Europe and has had a strong footprint in Asia and Singapore for a few years now. Currently experiencing growth and looking to hire a new team member with a high level of customer service.
- Screening of incoming calls
- Courier management
- Facilities management
- Calendar management
- Internal event coordination
- Attending to incoming customers/guests
**The Successful Applicant**:
- At least 2 years of relevant receptionist experience
- Proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is preferred as you will be using these tools on a daily basis
- Strong team player
- Solid customer service mentality
- Professional business attire and acumen is required as you will be in office everyday in order to attend to and receive in coming guests and customers.
- Courier management
- Some basic secretarial duties and calendar management is an advantage
- Facilities management experience
- Coordination of room bookings
- Minor event management experience
- Screening and transferring of calls
