**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Operations and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely settlement for all commercial and industrial projects, and inventory and forecast management for all projects
- Calculate and verify energy generation and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to ensure precise invoicing for customers
- Investigate and resolve RECs discrepancies to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist customers with their requirements and decarbonisation goals
- Update internal tracking of operational metrics
- Support digital and operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
**Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma or degree holder in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in billing operations or relevant industries
- Basic understanding and experience in the energy or renewable energy market is a plus
**Skills/Competencies & Preferred Characteristics**
- Software proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or equivalent CRM software, and Python is an advantage
- Analytical skills to handle and verify energy data accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work with mínimal supervision
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
