**MAIN PURPOSE**

To assist the Logistics & TC Director in all aspects of the warehouse function. The Warehouse Manager oversees the Regional Distribution Centre’s operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the warehouse. He/she is also responsible for inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes and storage utilization, selection and management of vendors, and leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, high customer satisfaction and ESG goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Strategically manage warehouse in-compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Review, develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with Maisons, and other functions such as supply chain and retail operations to ensure smooth co-ordination and alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives
- Participate in Group/Regional projects and discussions on warehouse capabilities and capacity
- Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided to Maisons and end-customers
- Responsible for warehouse operating expenses, cost control and annual budgeting

**Inventory Management**
- Review and implement effective inventory controls and cycle count procedures to minimize discrepancies

d. Prepare the warehouse and team for any internal/external audits

**SAP EWM**
- Participate in project enhancements, testing and implementation and incident management
- Maintenance of EWM master data - bin creation/deletion and capacity, pick and put away sequence
- Perform analysis of inventory and people movements to optimize picking and put away

e. Extract inventory aging reports at scheduled times and distribute to key brand customers, and providing recommendations for disposition of old stock/slow movers to our brand customers

**Procurement**
- Work with Procurement to source and select suppliers/vendors for warehouse services and supplies
- Co-ordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaging supplies to the warehouse

**Health Safety & Security**
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Implement and enforce proper equipment maintenance procedures to ensure safety and optimal functionality of warehouse equipment and tools
- Ensure security concepts and operating procedures per the security operating manual are observed and followed

d. Co-ordinate/collaborate with Security Team on deployment, upgrading and maintenance of physical security electronics equipment

**Staff Management**
- Lead, train and supervise warehouse staffs, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols
- Provide feedback, Identify training needs and groom individuals for future promotion as part of succession planning

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred
- 5 - 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes
- Proficient in SAP extended Warehouse Management module
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide warehouse staffs
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities to address operational and technical challenges
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards in the warehouse
