As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for driving insights to support the team in user acquisition, drive pipeline growth, design reporting solutions and ROI analysis, all while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. The principal goal of your work will be to drive data driven decisions across all marketing programs.

You must be comfortable analyzing the key causes of data integrity issues (accuracy, duplication and completeness), drive processes/systems that solve these issues and communicate them with confidence within the internal team.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Manage operational dashboards and reports
- Campaign effectiveness - response rate, lead progression and program roi analysis
- Pipeline contribution and overall business performance
- Regional OKR level reporting
- Identify discrepancies/issues on GCM health(internal reporting suite) and work with S&S(central analytics) to resolve
- Manage data analytics requests from regional field team
- Manage data quality in budget request sandbox

2) Pipeline Attribution Analysis
- Monthly funnel deep dive to identify opportunities that are not correctly attributed to marketing campaigns
- Work with S&S to further improve campaign attribution modeling

3) Driving the business through data
- Run weekly run rate analysis, insights and trends on lead, opportunity and pipeline creation
- Track campaign performance by audience segment, geo and program. Conduct routine and adhoc analysis to understand top performance attributes and identify key learnings
- Analyze customer behavior to advise marketers on how to optimize their programs for maximum impact

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 Years of experience in an analytical role (data driven marketing, marketing/sales operations, systems engineering, technical program management, media analytics or other related field)
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business or related field
- Experience in using Salesforce
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders in the organization
- Ability to work across teams and geo’s to coordinate and manage
- Experience with relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design.
- Advanced spreadsheet and process documentation skills
- B2B Experience is a plus
- Experience with large structured and unstructured data analysis is a plus
